150 Days

150 days until we will be at the Airport.  50 days we'll be telling the children where we are going.

Mr Groovee spent last night going through all his clothes as his extra extra larges no longer fit and he needs a medium most of the time.  He has 3 pairs of trunks which will fit him.  I need to go through my stuff soon and need to consider what to start buying the children clothes wise.

Weightloss isn't going well for me.  Hoping to on track again and see how I get on.

Heading off to Centre Parcs in a few weeks.  Really looking forward to it.

170 Days

It's 170 days until we'll be on route across the Atlantic.  Lil Miss and The Boy went back to school today and I am back to work tomorrow.  Being hanging out on a few Orlando Forums, reading questions and answering some too.  

Dieting is going well.  Hopefully have a nice loss this week.  Could do with upping the exercise though.  But I have a blister on the sole of my foot which is hurting when I weight bear on it.  Could do with some Florida weather here.  A wee bit heat would be lovely.

Back on the Weight Loss Journey

Been and done the first weigh in of 2013.  Mr Groovee has lost 29lb's so far.  I have lost 22lb's so far.  So 172 days till we leave for Orlando.  That makes about 24 weeks.  Another 21lb would be fab for me.  Feel confident about loosing and keeping it off to be slimmer and more managable.  

Need to sit down and work out some menu plans.  Have inputted today's menu on to My Fitness Pal.  I can do this :-)

Thinking about the big reveal

Been thinking about the big reveal...

Have made a video for the children to watch which tells them in 100 days Harry Potter wants them to visit in Florida and how they are staying in a villa and can visit Minnie, Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Pluto and all the gang.  Hope they like it and are excited when we tell them.

Looking forward to the next 6 months.

Park Tickets

Managed to get a fab deal on Park Tickets for Universal and Disney.  The same tickets we bought last time but didn't click 2 park ticket didn't mean 2 days!  This time we need 4 adults as the kids will be 13 and 10.  But we have tickets, we have a holiday booked, so it's just spending money now.  Only 176 days to go.  Only 76 days until we reveal to the children the holiday.

Happy New Year

In just a few hours, we can say, we're going to Orlando this year.  Can't wait!  Hope 2013 is your year, the way it will be ours.

Been a while...

But we only have 182 days before we leave for Orlando.

Christmas is over and we have a wee break to Centre Parcs booked.  But the planning has started on our Florida holiday but keeping it a secret is hard work.  We have to discuss when Lil Miss and The Boy aren't here.  Or else we start texting each other.  

The ticket searching has begun. Looking forward to actually ordering.  

Christmas was good to us all.  We had a quiet Christmas as Mr Groovee was on call.  

Just chilling now while we enjoy the christmas break.  Mr Groovee was working today so Lil Miss had the day with Granny while I took the boy to his bowling competition.  He enjoyed his day I think.  

Desperate to get the books out and plan but we may have our reveal for Lil Miss and The Boy.  But will keep that for when we tell them.
